Job summary

Doug Smith Chevrolet in Spanish Fork, UT, is hiring a service technician to address customers' concerns, document fixes, and perform multi-point inspections. The role requires coordinating with service and parts advisors, completing factory Web Training promptly, and understanding factory warranties and procedures.

This full-time position includes strong emphasis on safety and accuracy in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Factory Training preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated to be a productive technician.
• Communication skills, patience, creativity, eye for detail.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Address the customer's primary concern
• Properly document the cause and the correction in our DMS
• Perform a quality Multi-Point Inspection and record all results
• Ability to communicate with the Service Advisors and Parts Advisors
• Complete all your Factory Web Training in a timely manner and stay current with all training
• Understand all Factory Warranties and Policy and Procedures

Pay: $30,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year based on experience level
