Goodyear, a leading tire and auto service provider, is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician in Goodyear, AZ. You will gain hands-on experience diagnosing issues, performing line services, brakes, alignments, and tire installations in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will work with a team, receive comprehensive training, and have opportunities for fast-track career advancement with competitive pay and benefits. Must be 18+, hold a valid license, and pass prescreening.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior automotive technicians.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues immediately to management.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
