Job summary

DARCARS Automotive Group in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a full-time Tag and Title Clerk to join our accounting team. You will handle tag work, reconcile schedules, and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of communicating with the Accounting Manager to resolve issues. Prior automotive title clerk experience and active Notary Public are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience as an automotive Title Clerk is preferred.
• Active Notary Public certification is a plus.
• Experience with automotive accounting or Reynolds systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process tag work in a timely manner
• Reconcile tag and title schedules
• Understand deadlines and apply a sense of urgency to all tasks
• Communicate with the Accounting Manager to resolve any issues
