Dealer Services Network is seeking an experienced Title Clerk to support clients with tag and title needs. Prior automotive title clerk experience is required along with basic office duties such as answering phones, filing, and scanning.

Responsibilities include processing wholesale, dealer trade, and retail title work, as well as out-of-state transfers and tag transfers. Strong data entry and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Automotive title clerk experience is required.
• Some knowledge of automotive accounting (refunds, write-offs, funding, F&I notes).
• Familiarity with DMV software such as CVR, DLRmv, Reynolds & Reynolds or TitleTec.
