Job summary

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a full-time Automotive Tag & Title Clerk to join our accounting team in Silver Spring, MD. You will process tag work, reconcile schedules, and communicate with the Accounting Manager to resolve issues.

Prior Title Clerk experience and active Notary Public certification are pluses. We offer a competitive PTO package, employee discounts on vehicles, parts and service repairs, and opportunities for internal advancement and community service involvement.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated candidate with ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Process tag work in a timely manner.
• Reconcile tag and title schedules.
• Understand deadlines and apply a sense of urgency to tasks.
• Communicate with the Accounting Manager to resolve issues.
• Experience with automotive accounting or Reynolds systems preferred.
