Qualifications

• Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing technical teams.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with automotive mechatronics and product development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with ASPICE and ISO 26262 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Systems Engineers across multiple customer programs.
• Set goals, performance expectations, and development plans.
• Collaborate with program management, hardware, software, validation, and manufacturing.
• Drive Lean product development and data-driven decision making.
• Represent the organization in technical reviews and customer meetings.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal processes.
