Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an ABET-accredited engineering program or equivalent required.
• 1–10+ years of relevant automotive experience depending on role; master’s degree and OEM/Tier-1 experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and validate vehicle attributes, safety systems, powertrain and emissions calibrations, feature requirements, components and materials.
• Conduct testing and analysis to verify designs and calibrations.
• Manage engineering and supplier deliverables to schedule and quality targets.
• Investigate failures and root causes to drive corrective actions.
• Support quality and product improvement initiatives across programs.
