You will shadow lead transformation efforts, define a strategic roadmap, coordinate across multiple workstreams, and partner with senior executives to realize business value through a unified ecosystem and scalable processes.

Formación

• 16+ years of experience in supply chain transformation.
• Automotive industry experience is mandatory.
• Onsite in Plano, TX with 4-5 days per week commitment.

Responsabilidades

• Assess current landscape and opportunities within the transformation scope.
• Define and drive the transformation roadmap, execution approach, and governance.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams, solution teams, and business stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership and act as trusted advisor to the transformation lead.
