Singer Vehicle Design in Carson, CA is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to ensure production parts availability and smooth material flow for Porsche restoration projects. You will partner with Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Logistics to align supply with demand and communicate risks to leadership.

The role emphasizes demand and supply planning, supplier coordination, and inventory management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of related experience as Material Planner, Production Planner, Buyer, Program Manager, Operations Lead, or equivalent.
Proven ability to manage demand planning and supply planning within MRP.
Proficient in MRP systems.
Bonus points for a Bachelor's degree.
Bonus points for prior experience in a rapid growth environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the tactical point of contact to support local plant Supply Chain needs and procurement.
Analyze and confirm material requirements and inventory on hand or in transit.
Ensure on-time delivery of purchased material at planned costs.
Issue POs to qualified suppliers at correct pricing and MOQs.
Coordinate with suppliers and hold reviews to align PO timelines.
Provide BOMs and supplier information for non-turnkey POs.
