We're looking for full-time Automotive Store Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Dallas, GA area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

About the Position of Automotive Store Manager

Automotive Store Managers are responsible for managing a retail store location and ensuring maximum profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs. They implement and manage sales programs, direct technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe vehicle repairs and maintenance, and communicate directly with customers to assess needs and ensure satisfaction. Store Managers also use digital dashboards to track success and grow earnings.
