Job summary
Najjar Lube Centers, Inc. | SRTMT Auto Centers, Inc. is hiring a full time Store Manager for multiple service centers in Ventura County. This role leads automotive teams and delivers fast, quality oil changes, maintenance and repairs in a high-volume shop.
Starting pay ranges up to $27.00 per hour. We offer great training, competitive wages, flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement in a busy, customer-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Must have minimum 2 years of Automotive Management experience.
- ASE Certification preferred.
- Certificate of Completion from accredited Automotive Program preferred.
- Effective interpersonal, oral communication skills.
- Hands-on automotive experience and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Follow Jiffy Lube Service Standards.
- Hire, train, supervise employees and manage labor costs.
- Ensure OSHA and environmental compliance.
- Schedule employees and manage inventory/costs.
- Provide superior customer service and explain services.
- Maintain shop cleanliness and safety.
