Najjar Lube Centers, Inc. | SRTMT Auto Centers, Inc. is a privately owned Jiffy Lube Franchisee. We are seeking full-time Store Managers to oversee service centers in Ventura County, with a starting pay range up to $27.00 per hour and opportunities for advancement.

Join a team focused on exceptional customer service, labor control, and profitability. This role requires leadership, hands-on automotive experience, and availability for weekend shifts at multiple Ventura County locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive management experience.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Certificate of Completion from accredited automotive program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Jiffy Lube service centers in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Provide superior customer service and explain services & products.
• Hire, train, discipline and supervise employees in compliance with laws/regulations.
• Control labor costs and inventory to maintain profitability.
• Ensure OSHA and environmental regulation compliance.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and proper facility upkeep.
