Najjar Lube Centers, Inc. | SRTMT Auto Centers, Inc. is hiring full-time Lube Technicians for our CA locations.

We offer 30–40 hours per week in a fast-paced, dealer-like environment with training and advancement opportunities. Starting pay range is $17.00–$19.00 per hour, with increases after successful training and probation. Candidates must be 18+, hold a CA driver's license, be able to lift 50 lbs, and work weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid CA Driver's License required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good verbal communication.
• Ability to endure repetitive bending and reaching.
• Weekend availability required.
• Work outdoors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow Jiffy Lube standards and service procedures.
• Explain services and products to customers.
• Perform preventative maintenance on passenger vehicles.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety protocols.
• Assist with training requirements as directed by standards.
