Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Foley, AL. You will review P&L statements, drive GAS3 selling for DIY and DIFM customers, and lead a 10–20 person team to achieve store sales goals.

You will oversee DIY services, ensure superior customer service, and perform manager-on-duty duties including scheduling and coaching. Candidates should have 2–3 years of retail leadership, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), ASE certification is a plus, and strong

• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 in retail
• High school diploma or GED, Bachelor’s preferred
• ASE certification preferred
• Ability to review and analyze P&L statements
• English fluency; Spanish a plus

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze P&L statements and performance metrics
• Provide GAS3 selling experience for DIY and DIFM customers
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation and testing
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address complaints
• Perform manager on duty duties including coaching and scheduling
• Execute weekly scheduling process
