Job summary

Plaza Tire Service is seeking an Automotive Repair Store Manager in Indiana. You will lead a team to deliver top‑tier customer service, manage sales and operations, and ensure high standards across the store.

Experience in auto repair shop management is preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $160,000 per year with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of sales in auto repair shop management or equivalent automotive industry experience.
• Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Ability to work five days, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain store standards.
• Drive sales and profitability per the Store Margin Plan.
• Coach employees and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Oversee inventory, POS operations and customer communications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
