Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, the world’s largest Midas franchisee now part of the Mavis Tire family, seeks a full-time Store Manager for its Maineville, OH location. You will lead a team in a high-volume tire and auto service center, drive sales, manage inventory and expenses, and ensure top-notch customer service.

You will direct technicians and mechanics, implement sales programs, and communicate with customers to assess needs and recommend services.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in retail store management or a relevant combination of education, training and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Demonstrates dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to maximize profitability by driving sales and controlling expenses.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage costs to maintain efficient operation.
• Direct and support store personnel and technicians to ensure timely, safe, high-quality repairs and service.
