Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in retail store management.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift/move items over 50 pounds.
• Demonstrates dependability, teamwork and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and profitability.
• Lead sales programs and manage inventory and expenses.
• Direct technicians and mechanics to complete repairs safely and on time.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and drive weekly earnings growth through leadership.
