The ideal candidate has 3+ years in automotive repair management, strong leadership, and experience with payroll, inventory, and cost control, plus a commitment to safety and compliance. Veterans welcomed.

Qualifications

• College degree or coursework preferred.
• Three years of store or automotive repair management experience.
• Supervisory/mentorship experience.
• P&L experience and continuous improvement background.
• ASE Certifications mentioned as expected background.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, evaluate, schedule and coach employees
• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
• Communicate service status and estimates to customers
• Oversee vehicle inspections and prepare repair orders with parts sourcing
• Present pricing estimates and promote shop service specials
• Lead and train team aligned with company vision and values
• Oversee service advisors' sales, accounting and clerical tasks
• Supervise technicians' inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
• Maintain inventory and manage losses
• Ensure facility cleanliness and environmental compliance
• Manage payroll and scheduling records
• Submit daily sales reports to Corporate
