Job description

At Midas we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis and repair utilizing the expertise attained through years of automotive repair experience.

The Midas Store Manager is responsible for business operations and store performance. He or she promotes customer satisfaction, retention, and growth of existing and new business while providing strong and consistent leadership.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
3. Follow up with customers regarding services requested, estimated completion times, etc.
4. Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers while promoting shop service specials.
5. Lead, manage, and train your team.
6. Oversee technicians’ inspections.
7. Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience.
2. General automotive knowledge.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Leadership ability.
6. Team building skills.
7. Valid driver’s license.
