Job Description

The Store Manager leads daily operations, including supervising Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Managers. Reporting to the District Manager, you will coach, develop, and motivate store teammates, promote products and services, and ensure excellent customer experiences.

Compensation: $70K+ based on experience, plus bonuses, sales spiffs, contests, and incentives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop sales and technical teams to deliver a 5-star guest experience.
2. Achieve sales goals through planning, knowledge of services, and industry understanding.
3. Introduce products to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.
4. Train and support teammates in store operations and guest services.
5. Oversee staffing, recruiting, training, and performance management.
6. Manage expenses, inventory, and store cleanliness to company standards.
7. Schedule appointments, assign tasks, and ensure timely vehicle services.
8. Build customer relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
9. Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and training requirements.
10. Operate and maintain equipment safely.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience in retail or sales.
• Ability to manage financial results and control costs.
• Motivational and influencing skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Completion of required training.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work in an automotive shop environment, with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, and reaching.
