Positions are available in our retail locations across our many brands, in field management, and in store operations at our Store Support Center in Rochester, New York.
Compensation potential for this position is 100K+ based on experience, bonus opportunities, sales spiffs, regional contests, and other sales incentives.
The Store Manager provides daily leadership to all positions within the store including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Store Manager. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership to the store and teammates, including selecting, coaching, and developing store teammates.

This job operates in an automotive shop environment. The job will have exposure to a moderate noise level, chemicals, and dust. Store Managers must be able to:
