Job Description

The Store Manager position is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership to the store and teammates. This role supports Monro’s vision of becoming a leader in automotive and tire centers, trusted by consumers as the best place for quality maintenance and repairs.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is from $55,000 to $65,000. It is eligible for additional compensation and incentives based on experience.

Essential Functions

1. Develop sales and technical teammates to deliver a consistent 5-star Guest experience.
2. Achieve sales goals by developing and implementing sales plans, and maintaining thorough knowledge of services, products, and the automotive industry.
3. Introduce tire and service products to guests to maximize sales, satisfaction, and loyalty.
4. Support teammates in establishing a productive sales environment through training and development on shop operations and guest services.
5. Manage staffing by recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and developing teammates.
6. Control expenses by managing payroll, store maintenance, supplies, utilities, and other controllable costs.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Management Responsibility

The Store Manager provides daily leadership to all store positions, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Technical Service Managers, Service Managers, and Assistant Store Managers. The role operates under the direction of the District Manager.
