Compensation: Potential salary ranges from $60K to $80K+ based on experience, plus bonuses, sales spiffs, regional contests, and incentives.
The Store Manager provides leadership to all store positions, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Store Managers. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for daily store operations, team development, and promoting our services and products to guests.
Work in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, and reaching.
