Compensation: Potential salary ranges from $60K to $80K+ based on experience, plus bonuses, sales spiffs, regional contests, and incentives.

Job Description

The Store Manager provides leadership to all store positions, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Store Managers. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for daily store operations, team development, and promoting our services and products to guests.

Responsibilities
  • Develop sales and technical teammates to deliver a 5-star guest experience.
  • Achieve sales goals through effective planning, knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Introduce products and services to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.
  • Support team training and development in shop operations and guest services.
  • Oversee staffing, recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Control expenses related to payroll, supplies, utilities, and store maintenance.
  • Manage inventory, including tires and parts.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and readiness.
  • Schedule appointments and assign tasks based on team skills.
  • Meet sales targets through product recommendations and promotions.
  • Handle guest needs, complaints, and service adjustments.
  • Build customer loyalty and relationships.
  • Conform to company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain technical proficiency through training and equipment operation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Leadership experience in retail or sales.
  • Ability to manage financial results and control costs.
  • Strong motivation and team influence skills.
  • Problem-solving, inventory management, and customer service skills.
  • Effective communication with team and guests.
  • Completion of required training and a valid driver’s license with a good MVR.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, and reaching.
