Monro Store Manager position in Delaware, OH leads daily operations and a diverse team, including technicians and guest care staff. Reporting to the District Manager, you drive sales plans, coach teammates, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining store standards and safety.

As a salaried, full-time role, you will recruit, train, schedule, and develop staff, manage inventory and expenses, and promote Monro’s automotive service and tire offerings to guests.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail/sales environment.
• Proven ability to manage, drive and deliver financial results while controlling costs.
• Ability to influence and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.
• Communications skills to effectively communicate with teammates and guests.
• Complete all Monro required training with guidelines and timing.

Responsabilités

• Develop sales and technical teammates to produce a 5-star Guest experience.
• Achieve sales goals by implementing sales plans and knowledge of services and products.
• Introduce tire and service products to guests to maximize sales and loyalty.
• Train and develop teammates on shop operations and guest services.
• Provide direction to technicians and assist with services/repairs as needed.
• Manage recruiting, hiring, scheduling, performance, and development of teammates.
• Control expenses including payroll, utilities, and supplies.
• Inventory management including pulling tires and stocking parts.
• Audit courtesy inspections and maintain Monro standards of cleanliness.
