The position is exempt, averaging 50–55 hours weekly with 11-hour shifts and rotating nights/weekends. Strong emphasis on teamwork, safety, and store standards to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s in business preferred.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Handle hiring, development, performance, coaching and scheduling of team members.
• Ensure inventory and operational standards are followed.
• Coach team to meet Customer expectations (DIY & Professional).
• Fulfill manager on duty responsibilities and safety tasks.
• Lead change management initiatives.
• Foster diversity and a respectful environment.
