Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, train, coach, schedule and engage store team members.
• Ensure inventory and operational standards are met.
• Lead on-duty coverage, safety, and open/close duties.
• Provide DIY services such as battery and wiper installations.
