Qualifications

Valid CDL-A with at least 1 year of driving experience.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostics, ideally with dealership or industrial tools.
Familiarity with Vector tools, CAN analyzer, or equivalent diagnostic software.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to read and analyze vehicle signals to identify system faults.
Willingness to learn proprietary tools and adapt to new diagnostic technologies.

Responsibilities

Utilize diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot and analyze vehicle systems.
Connect diagnostic equipment to vehicles, identify issues, and perform initial troubleshooting.
Escalate complex issues to engineering by presenting diagnostic data.
Conduct software flashing and parameter modifications to assess vehicle functionality.
Monitor CAN network signals to verify system integrity and operation.
Drive vehicles on test tracks to validate repairs and modified systems.
Collaborate with engineers to interpret test results and refine software applications.
Maintain detailed documentation of diagnostic processes, issues, and resolutions.
