TRIGO Global Quality Solutions seeks a Sr. Site Leader in Vance, AL for 1st shift. The role manages a site or team of Site Leaders, ensuring quality services and leadership.

You will coordinate missions, staff inspectors, and maintain site safety and 5S practices, while building strong client relationships and reporting on site performance. The position requires 1+ year in a supervisory role and 1+ year in a quality-related position, with proficiency in English and standard MS Office tools.

Formación

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic Excel.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• 1+ year in a supervisory role and 1+ year in a quality-related position.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a site or team of Site Leaders and ensure quality services.
• Establish relationships with customers and site personnel and maintain daily communications.
• Set up, supervise, and coordinate missions; staff missions and train inspectors.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and 5S workspace.
• Enter and verify daily system entries and generate reports.
