Pepe Auto Group is excited to announce an opening for a qualified candidate to join our team as a Shop Manager at our Vehicle Prep Center! Our facility features service bays, a detail shop, a photo booth, and much more.

Responsibilities

• Manage and receive inventory for 6 high volume dealerships
• Manage busy shop with 30 techs, detailers, valets, and drivers
• Manage the team, process, maintenance, and work schedules
• Ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly operated and maintained
• Hold shop meetings to keep the shop up to date
• Supervise and train staff
• Enforce safety regulations and protocols
• CDK knowledge is a plus, but willing to train the right experience

Requirements

• Prior Service Management experience required
• Strong automotive knowledge
• Strong teamwork and time management skills
• Outstanding leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
