About the Position

We are looking for full-time Automotive Store Managers to join Team Mavis at our automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Tuckahoe, VA. With over 2,000 locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and auto repair chains in the U.S.

Automotive Store Managers are responsible for managing a retail store, driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs. They oversee technicians and mechanics to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance. They also communicate with customers to assess needs and ensure satisfaction, leveraging our digital dashboard to track success and earnings.
