Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Forecast goals and objectives for the department.
• Coordinate activities to ensure timely repairs and productivity.
• Diagnose and repair brake, electrical, suspension, and other systems.
• Explain repairs to customers clearly and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate shop staff performance.
