Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in automotive duties.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Equipped with proper tools to perform brake, suspension, oil changes, and light-duty engine repairs.
• Ability to be coached and willingness to learn.
• Punctuality and a growth mindset.
• Ability to work directly under the shop foreman.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes and basic maintenance.
• Conduct digital multipoint inspections.
• Assist with brake pad and rotor replacements.
• Complete basic mechanical repairs and fluid flushes.
• Support shop flow with the Lube Technician; maintain a clean, safe workspace.
