Ideal candidates have 2+ years of service-writing experience, strong customer communication, and the ability to work with shop management. The position offers Monday–Friday hours, base pay plus a weekly bonus opportunity, and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive service writing or Automotive Service Writer experience.
• Experience writing repair orders, ordering parts, and selling automotive services.
• Strong customer communication and service skills.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from ownership.

Responsibilities

• Write service tickets and accurately document customer vehicle concerns.
• Communicate with customers about recommended automotive repairs and services.
• Present and sell recommended services while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Order parts needed for approved repairs and coordinate with the technician.
• Help manage repair orders from customer intake through completion.
• Follow up with customers and support an organized, efficient service process.
• Work closely with ownership and take direction on shop priorities and customer needs.
