Responsibilities

• Oversee the service drive lane for a smooth flow between customers and technicians.
• Provide top-notch customer service and ensure prompt, courteous support.
• Own the customer's experience and leave a positive impression of the dealership.
• Distribute work among technicians to maximize daily time inventory sold.
• Answer customer inquiries with accurate information on services and warranties.
• Assist in administration of warranty claims and service department duties.
