Job summary

Subaru Superstore of Chandler is seeking an experienced Service Valet to greet guests, perform valet parking, and assist service advisors in a fast-paced environment. You will drive and deliver vehicles, conduct road tests when needed, and coordinate post-service deliveries to customers.

The role emphasizes guest experience, safety, and teamwork within a Subaru dealership setting in Surprise, AZ. Prior valet or manual transmission experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience with valet parking or driving a manual transmission.
• Bilingual or multilingual language skills are a plus.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are greeted when they enter the service drive in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide valet parking services, including picking up and delivering vehicles as needed.
• Communicate with Service Advisors to ensure customers are being assisted in a timely manner.
• Road test vehicles to confirm service repair and/or concern.
• Coordinate delivery to customer when service is complete.
• Keep service drive orderly, clean, and presentable. Clean areas of service garage as needed.
• Maintain a high level of safety awareness, ensuring the safety of all guests and staff members.
