Responsibilities include:

• Examine and diagnose vehicles
• Discuss repairs with the shop foreman or service advisor
• Communicate additional service requests
• Plan work procedures and provide labor estimates
• Monitor repair times and update clients
• Maintain adherence to dealership policies
• Complete documentation for repairs
• Mentor technician trainees and attend training sessions
• Stay current with factory technical bulletins and regulations

Minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of related experience and training
• Authorization to work in the USA
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
