Pep Boys, now part of Mavis Tire, is hiring full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at our Gretna, LA service centers. You’ll perform essential tire services, oil changes, and basic vehicle maintenance while learning from experienced pros.

We offer paid training, competitive weekly pay with incentive compensation, and a path for career growth within a large automotive network. Prior experience is not required, and a new hire bonus of $800 is available.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment
• Have a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service

Aufgaben

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
