LaFontaine Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to perform vehicle repair and maintenance to dealer and factory standards. The position welcomes Technicians, Trainees and Apprentices and offers a tiered pay plan, longevity bonus, on-the-job training, and other benefits.

Formación

• Ford or Lincoln experience.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Michigan Mechanic Certification and Ford/Lincoln certifications.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.
• Ability to read instructions and follow procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Receive repair orders and perform work with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose malfunctions and complete repairs per standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
• Document work performed and road-test vehicles after repairs.
• Adhere to safety policies and federal/state regulations.
