Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and take to stall area.
• Perform work as outlined on repair order to standards.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized.
• Communicate with Parts to obtain needed parts.
• Tag and save parts; return parts if under warranty or requested.
• Advise service advisor if additional work is needed or not needed.
• Document work performed.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs address customer complaints.
• Quality check work performed.
• Attend training classes.
• Stay updated on factory bulletins.
• Keep vehicles clean; follow safety policies.
