Job summary

Joe Cooper CDJR of Shawnee is seeking skilled Automotive Service Technicians to join our expanding service team. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems on Lincoln, Ford, and other vehicles, using diagnostic equipment and manufacturer procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE Certification and/or Chrysler Certification preferred.
• Proven automotive technician experience, especially with Ford and Lincoln vehicles.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems on Lincoln, Ford and other vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-approved repair procedures.
• Identify and communicate recommended repairs accurately.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development.
