Pep Boys, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking full-time General Service Technicians for centers in the Aurora, IL area. You’ll perform essential tire services and routine maintenance while building hands-on skills alongside experienced automotive professionals.

Paid training is provided, and the team offers competitive weekly pay plus weekly incentive compensation, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacations, and opportunities for career growth.

Formación

• Eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and high-quality service.

Responsabilidades

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
