Job summary

Mavis Tire & Brakes, part of the Pep Boys / Mavis Tire family, is hiring full-time General Service Technicians to join our Randallstown, MD centers. You’ll perform essential tire and maintenance services, learn hands-on skills, and grow your automotive career in a large nationwide network.

Paid training, weekly pay and incentives, and comprehensive benefits are offered to help you advance into roles such as Alignment Technician or Automotive Mechanic.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
