Job summary

Mavis Tire is hiring General Service Technicians to join our Randallstown, MD area centers. You will perform essential tire services and basic maintenance, with paid training and opportunities for career growth within the Mavis Tire family.

We offer competitive weekly pay, weekly incentives, and a supportive team environment. Prior automotive experience is helpful, but training is provided to grow into skilled roles like Alignment Technician or Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
