Pep Boys / Mavis Tire in the Baltimore, MD area is hiring full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis. You will perform essential tire services, maintenance, and inspections under the supervision of experienced automotive professionals, with paid training and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn in a fast-paced automotive environment.

• Paid training provided; prior automotive experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs and oil/filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids and performing basic vehicle maintenance.
• Identifying maintenance concerns and ensuring timely service.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area and following safety procedures.
