Job summary

Mavis Tire is hiring full-time General Service Technicians in the Annapolis, MD area to perform essential tire services and maintenance alongside experienced technicians.

The role includes on-the-job training, opportunities for career advancement within the network, and a supportive team environment. Eligibility requires 18+ and legal work status in the United States; prior automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
