Responsibilities

Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records
Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
Participate in on‑site and online training
Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
Perform other assigned duties
