Job summary
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician at Napleton Elmhurst Acura. You will perform vehicle repair and maintenance to dealer and factory standards while building customer trust through accurate diagnostics and clear explanations.

Qualifications
- Automotive Service Technician experience required.
- ASE certification desirable.
- Excellent customer service is essential.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Willingness to undergo background check as per local law.
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance per repair order to dealer and factory standards.
- Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
- Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs.
- Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical customers and staff.
- Stay updated with factory bulletins and training classes.
- Keep management informed of repair problems as they occur.
- Maintain an organized work area.
