Qualifications

• Automotive Service Technician experience.
• ASE, Maserati, or Chrysler certification desirable.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance as outlined on repair orders to dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and staff.
• Stay updated on factory bulletins and training classes.
• Maintain organized work area and keep management informed of repair problems.
