The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician for Napleton Italian Imports in Carmel, Indiana. The role involves repairing and maintaining vehicles to factory standards while building customer trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Technician experience.
• ASE, Maserati, or Chrysler certification desirable.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair order to dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to non‑mechanical individuals clearly.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and training classes as appropriate.
• Keep management informed of mechanical repair issues as they occur.
• Maintain an organized work area.
