Mavis Tires & Brakes is hiring full-time General Service Technicians for our service centers in the Troy, MI area. Whether you have automotive experience or are starting to build skills, this is a path to grow into a long-term automotive career with Team Mavis.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and quality service.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
